With a long-term activity in the Greek insurance market, Mr. Anastasios Kaskarelis is intertwine with the success story of Ydrogios Insurance. A graduate of the Piraeus University of Economics with a postgraduate degree in London, Mr. Kaskarelis followed the insurer's career from an early age, taking on various managerial positions in companies in the industry during the 1970s. Since 1982, he has been in the leadership of Ydrogios Insurance, guiding with steady steps the path of development of the company and accomplishing its establishment at the top of the Greek insurance market. The dynamic of his management philosophy consists in the trilogy:  relationship quality - responsibility - respect for the employee, partner and customer.

Dr. Nakis Antoniou holds a BA in Business Management, Political Economy and Economic Pedagogy from the University of Georg-August in Germany, a postgraduate degree MBA in Marketing and Management from the Maastricht School of Management Netherlands and been awarded doctorate, Ph.D. from the Business School of University of Nicosia. He started his career at the Insurance Industry as a General Manager of an Agency Company and since 2002, the year of Ypera Insurance establishment, as Managing Director of Ydrogios Insurance, a position that he holds up until today. He is also a Member of the Board of Directors of the Insurance Association of Cyprus, of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and President of Larnaca Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Kendeas Sergi holds a Law Degree of the School of Law and Economics of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. In 1994, he obtained his professional License to practice Law, becomes a member of the Famagusta Bar Association and the Pancyprian Bar Association and he established the Law firm Kendeas A. Sergi LLC. In 2003, he was appointed as an external legal advisor of Ypera Insurance. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Company and he is a Member of the Audit and Risk Committee.

Mr. Michalis Gregoriou holds a Bsc (Hons), ACA and he is a graduate of the City University, London with a science degree in Economics, specializing in Mathematical Economics and Econometrics. After completing his articles at the London firm of Chartered Accountants ‘FMCB’ he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1988. His experience in the Insurance Industry began in 1991, with his move to AIG Corp to the international audit department based in London. In March 2003, was appointed as a Financial Controller of Ypera Insurance, and in 2005, he was appointed as a Member to the Board of Directors.

Mr. Pavlos Kaskarelis has been working at Ydrogios Insurance Greece since 1996, during this period he took over a number of responsible roles in various sectors and managerial positions of the Company including Non-Life, Underwriting and Financial Management. Today he holds the position of the Vice-President of the Board of Directors and the position of the Managing Directors of Ydrogios Greece and he is a Member of the Board of Directors of Ypera Insurance. His studies include degrees in Computer Science and Accounting whilst he is a member of the Institute of Leadership & Management U.K. (I.L.M U.K).

Mr. Vassilis Constantinou holds a BA (Hons) in Finance from the University of Essex in UK. He has a 20-year experience in the cooperative banking sector where he was holding positions of General Manager and Internal Auditor. From 2016 until today, he holds the position of General Manager of the Larnaca & Famagusta District Development Agency. Since 2017, he has been appointed as an Independent, Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of Ypera Insurance and he is the President of the Company’s Audit Committee.

Mr. Anastasios Begioglou, has graduated from the Athens University of Economics and Business – Department of Business Administration, with a major in Financial Management & Accounting and, obtains the Postgraduate Professional Studies Degree and attended the professional training on International Accounting Standards by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England. Mr. Mpegioglou has a 20 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant and he is specialized in the provision of audit services to companies under liquidation, the provision of technical consultant services, the compilation of internal audit regulations, special administration audits, evaluation of corporate value and the provision of tax consulting. His main customers are operating in the sectors of insurance, transportation and commerce. Since 2022, he has been appointed as an Independent, Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of Ypera Insurance and he is the President of the Company’s Investment Committee.
